Welcome to the TFTV equipment store, the online booking systems for the Department of Theatre, Film and Television at the University of York. We have a variety of equipment that can be booked by students and staff on approved academic courses for project work.

Policies
Camera, sound, lighting and grips equipment owned by the Department and held in the equipment store may be booked out by students, subject to: availability, appropriate insurance cover (if shooting off-campus) and training (usually by taking the relevant modules - eg training during the Advanced or Digital Cinematography modules is a requirement for use of the ARRI cameras).
All Booking Requests must be made at least 2 working days in advance.
Booking requests may only be made for one day unless otherwise specified in module briefs or by prior arrangement
All Booking requests are subject to Confirmation.
